Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy

At Motoripperz Ltd, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns work for online orders and in-person purchases at motocross events.

This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement within 30 days of receiving your item.

After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement in line with your statutory rights.

These rights apply to both online purchases and items bought at motocross events.

2. Online Orders – Change of Mind

For online orders only, you may:

• Cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it
  
• Return your items within a further 14 days
  

We will refund:

• The item price, and
  
• The basic standard delivery cost
  

(Delivery upgrades such as express or next-day shipping are not refundable.)

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. In-Person Motocross Event Sales

Purchases made in person at motocross events do not fall under distance-selling rules.

We offer this goodwill policy:

• Exchanges or store credit within 14 days
  
• Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached
  
• 
  Refunds for event purchases are not available, unless the item is faulty
  
• Proof of purchase is required
  

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

• Personalised or customised items
  
• Underwear, base layers, socks or swimwear once opened
  
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, marks, odours or pet hair
  
• Items without tags or original packaging
  

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.

5. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return (non-faulty items), goods must be:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed
  
• In their original packaging with all tags attached
  
• Returned with proof of purchase or an order number
  

We may refuse or reduce refunds if items are not returned in resalable condition.

6. How to Return or Cancel an Online Order

Include your order number and the reason for return.

Step 2 — Package your items

Securely pack your items and include your order number inside the parcel.

Unless faulty or incorrect, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend a tracked service.

7. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned goods (or proof of return).
  
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  
• Standard delivery costs are refunded for valid cancellations within 14 days.
  
• Shipping upgrades are not refundable.
  

8. Exchanges

If stock is available, we are happy to offer an exchange.

If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued according to this policy.
